Terms of service

The agreement between your company and WasiAxis for using Humrivo HR System.

The short version

  • These terms are a contract between your company and WasiAxis, which owns and operates Humrivo HR System.
  • You own your data. We run the service, keep it secure and process employee data only on your instructions.
  • Subscriptions run monthly or annually until cancelled, and every payment can be refunded within 14 days.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

  1. 1.Agreement

    By creating a workspace or using Humrivo HR System at https://hr.wasiaxis.com, you agree to these terms on behalf of the company you represent, and confirm you are authorised to do so. Our Privacy policy, Acceptable use policy, Data Processing Agreement and Refund policy form part of these terms.

  2. 2.Accounts and workspaces

    • New workspaces are reviewed before activation; we may decline an application.
    • You are responsible for the people you invite, the roles you give them and keeping sign-in details secure.
    • Tell us promptly at the address below if you suspect unauthorised access.

  3. 3.Your data

    You keep all rights to the data you put into your workspace. You give us permission to host and process it only to provide, secure and support the service, as set out in the Data Processing Agreement. You are responsible for having the right to collect and use your employees’ data, including any notices and consents required for payroll processing or workplace monitoring.

  4. 4.Subscriptions and payment

    • Plans, prices and limits are shown on our Pricing page and at checkout.
    • Subscriptions run for monthly or annual periods until cancelled. We invoice each renewal in advance; cancel before the renewal date to stop it.
    • Subscriptions are currently invoiced and paid directly to WasiAxis, for example by bank transfer, and your workspace is activated or renewed once payment is confirmed. When card payments become available, they will be processed by a payment partner named on your receipt.
    • Prices exclude taxes unless stated; applicable taxes are added at checkout.
    • If a renewal invoice is not paid by its due date we will remind you; continued non-payment may lead to the workspace being paused.
    • Refunds follow our Refund policy: any charge can be refunded within 14 days.

  5. 5.Free trials

    Trials give full access for the period shown. At the end of a trial, choose a plan to keep your workspace; otherwise it is paused and its data kept for a reasonable time so you can resume.

  6. 6.Acceptable use

    You must use Humrivo HR System in line with our Acceptable use policy and applicable law, including employment, privacy and labour law.

  7. 7.Our responsibilities

    We provide the service with reasonable skill and care, keep it secure, back up data and work to keep it available. We may improve or change features; we will not materially reduce core functionality of a paid plan during a paid period without notice.

    Humrivo HR System helps you calculate and record HR and payroll information, but you remain responsible for checking results and meeting your own tax, payroll and employment obligations. AI-generated text is assistive and must be reviewed by a person.

  8. 8.Intellectual property

    WasiAxis owns Humrivo HR System, including its software, design and documentation. These terms give you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it during your subscription. Feedback you send may be used to improve the product.

  9. 9.Suspension and termination

    You can cancel at any time from your workspace or by contacting us; access continues to the end of the paid period. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated breach of these terms, non-payment, or where the law requires it, and will give notice where reasonable. After termination you can export your data for a limited period, after which it is deleted as described in the Data Processing Agreement.

  10. 10.Warranties and liability

    Except as stated in these terms, the service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, WasiAxis is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid in that period. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

  11. 11.Governing law and contact

    These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes will be handled by the competent courts there, unless mandatory law where you are based says otherwise. We may update these terms and will give notice of material changes.
