The short version
- Humrivo HR System is operated by WasiAxis, a software company registered in Pakistan.
- Companies that use Humrivo HR System decide what employee data goes in. For that data we act on their instructions as a processor.

1.Who we are and what this covers
This policy explains how WasiAxis ("we") handles personal data across https://hr.wasiaxis.com, the web application at https://app.hr.wasiaxis.com, the desktop agent and related services ("Humrivo HR System").
There are two roles. For the people and records a company manages in its Humrivo HR System workspace (employees, attendance, leave, payroll, documents), that company is the controller and we process the data on its behalf under our Data Processing Agreement. For account, billing, support and website data, WasiAxis is the controller.
2.Data we collect
- Account data: name, work email, role, company, password hash or Google sign-in identifier.
- Workspace data entered by a company: employee profiles, departments, contracts, attendance and shift records, leave requests, payroll figures and payslips, documents, tasks, announcements and messages.
- Billing data: plan, invoices, payment status and the payment reference or bank details you give us when paying by invoice. If card payments are offered, card details are handled by the payment partner and never stored by us.
- Support and communications: tickets, chat messages and emails you send us.
- Usage and device data: sign-in times, IP address, browser and device type, and error logs that keep the service secure and working.
- Website data: pages visited and form submissions, as described in our Cookie policy.
3.Workplace monitoring through the desktop agent
The Humrivo HR System desktop agent is optional and is only active when an employer installs it and turns monitoring on for its workspace. Depending on the employer's settings it can record active application names, window titles, website domains, active and idle time, and periodic screenshots (which can be blurred), and an employer can request a live view.
The agent never records keystrokes, passwords or the content of messages. Employers must tell their employees about monitoring and, where the law requires it, obtain their consent; the agent shows that monitoring is active.
4.How we use data
- To provide Humrivo HR System: run workspaces, calculate attendance and payroll, generate payslips and send the emails the service depends on.
- To secure the service: authentication, fraud and abuse prevention, and keeping audit logs.
- To support you and improve the product, using aggregated or de-identified usage information.
- To bill subscriptions and meet tax, accounting and other legal obligations.
- To send product news, only where you have agreed or the law allows it. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
5.Legal bases
Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests in running and securing the service, compliance with legal obligations, and your consent for optional marketing. For workspace data, the company using the service determines the basis.
6.AI features
The Humrivo HR System assistant sends the question you type, and recent turns of that conversation, to the AI model provider configured for the platform to generate a reply. We do not use your data to train models, and we choose providers whose API terms prohibit training on customer data. Do not paste sensitive personal data into the assistant unless your company allows it.
7.Who we share data with
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the service, under contracts that protect it:
- Google Cloud and Firebase: hosting, database, authentication, file storage and server functions.
- Vercel: hosting for our website and web application.
- Our email delivery provider: sending account and product emails.
- AI model providers (such as Google, OpenAI or Anthropic): only when the AI assistant is used.
- Jitsi (8x8): video meetings started from the meetings feature.
- Our bank and, when card payments are offered, a payment partner: processing subscription payments.
- Professional advisers and authorities, where the law requires it.
8.International transfers
Our main data storage is in the United States, and WasiAxis is based in Pakistan. Where data moves across borders we use appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, as required by applicable law.
9.How long we keep data
Workspace data is kept for as long as the company keeps its workspace, and deleted or returned when the company asks or closes its account, subject to the timelines in our Data Processing Agreement. Billing records are kept as long as tax law requires. Logs are kept for a limited period for security.
10.Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Each company’s records are isolated by security rules enforced on the server, access inside the company is role-based, provider credentials are kept server-side, and administrative actions are logged.
11.Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, and to object to certain processing. Employees should send requests about workspace data to their employer, which controls it; we will help them respond. For anything else, email privacy@wasiaxis.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
12.Children
Humrivo HR System is a workplace tool and is not intended for anyone under 16.
